Therapy needs to be a place where you will be comfortable. That is why I believe it is so important for you to "test the waters" to see if I am the right therapist for you. During this consultation, please feel free to bring any questions that you may have about the service. I will also make sure we are a good "fit" in working together. If either one of us feels it may not work, I am happy to provide you with referrals to other therapists who may be able to help further!
Individual therapy session: 50 minutes
Fee: $175
This is where the actual therapy takes place. This is your time. Time to work on your goals. Time to process difficult life changes or navigate a difficult diagnosis. We will work together to develop coping strategies to manage depression, anxiety, pain, anger and autistic burnout. I will provide guidance and expertise in helping you create and navigate new goals.
At this time I am an out of network and do not work directly with insurance companies. I give clients a "superbill" at the end of each month, detailing diagnostic and billing codes that can be used for reimbursement. It is your responsibility to find out what your out-of-network benefits are.
